The platform hosts the stories of people who need financial assistance and who have passed DHelp's verification.
The user chooses a specific recipient and the amount they wish to donate. The payment is processed through Stripe. The Charitable Foundation Direct Help transfers the funds received to the exact recipient chosen by the user.
Donations made through DHelp are used exclusively to provide financial assistance to the chosen recipients. DHelp does not retain any commission from donations. The only amount deducted is the processing fee charged by our payment provider, Stripe.
DHelp does not sell goods or services and does not conduct commercial activity through the platform. The platform was created solely to carry out the foundation's charitable mission.
