Direct Help doesn't store any credit card number, we instead use a 3rd party Stripe - a secure solution that is widely adopted by the industry. If our systems are compromised, we can't lose your credit card information because we simply don't have it.

Yes, you can canel your donations at Donations page in your profile.
At this point Direct Help only supports recurring donations.
The most credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.
You will be charged on the first day of each month.
We use Stripe for processing payments and it's average fee is 2.9% + $0.25 per transaction.
