My husband and I both have disabilities (he is Group 1, I am Group 3). I have stage 4 breast cancer. Keeping up our health requires expensive medicines, and our pension is not enough.

I have a Group 3 disability due to cancer; my husband has been in a wheelchair since the age of 25. My husband's chronic illnesses and my stage 4 cancer (breast cancer) require treatment, but far from all the medicines are included in the free medicines program of the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU). We have small pensions that are catastrophically insufficient for treatment. If it weren't for the illnesses, we would somehow try to make ends meet, but these medicines simply "eat up" our pensions.
