My name is Natalya, I have been living in the Kharkiv region with my daughter for 15 years (I have been raising my daughter myself for many years, the father disappeared when the child was about five years old and even had to divorce through the court, because his whereabouts are unknown). I am not an IDP and I have no I did not receive financial aid from the state or other organizations and do not receive it. Until 24.02.2022, I worked and had enough money for myself and my child (the child went to an art school, attended English courses), and then the war took everything away! I lost my job , because our region is a front-line zone and the company stopped its activities and left for the West. Winter has already come, and there will be no heating or hot water in our village (the thermal power plant is damaged from being hit). We live in an apartment with our daughter and we have only one small a heater (it's a good thing that I bought it a year ago), we can't heat the apartment normally (the windows are leaking, the wallpaper is coming off), the balcony is now without glass (they were knocked out by the blast wave a long time ago). After the month of April, when it was very loud and scary in our area , my daughter started stuttering (a speech therapist is needed, and there is no such thing in the district hospital, only in private clinics, and there is no money). We also need treatment and examination by a cardiologist, because we have been on his record for a long time (diagnosis of tachycardia), but also a pediatric cardiologist I don’t have any now. I am asking you to help me survive this winter (I need a heater and a water heater to be able to wash properly, and I need funds to pay for electricity in the winter months) and to treat my daughter (she is very complex and closes in on herself). Thank you
When the war started, I lost my job. Since I am raising my daughter alone, the war took away our normal life - I have a job, my daughter studies at school, goes to classes and clubs. I need help to buy a laptop for my daughter's education and to buy a water heater (in we have no hot water and heating, because the boiler house in the village is damaged)
