Our family consists of two adults, me and the eldest son, who is 20 years old, and three more minor children. Younger children learn online at school. The elder and I are currently not working. At the beginning of June, a shell flew into our house, which damaged it very much. My children and I left for Odessa, taking only what was necessary. Housing was rented. It was very difficult. They lost their jobs, because they worked in Mykolaiv port, which was closed because of the war. They lived for half a year, in a foreign city, without relatives and friends. The retired mother suffers from chronic heart disease. I was very afraid for her. She refused to go with us, did not want to leave the house, and the eldest son also stayed with her. Now we have returned to our hometown, but it is not possible to live at home. Everything needs to be repaired there, including the roof, windows, and walls. Things in the house, clothes and shoes are also all damaged. There is no heating, no electricity, no water. We had to rent a house again to survive the winter. The younger sister was diagnosed with a brain tumor, now she needs chemotherapy and surgery.
