Congratulations! We are a family from Donetsk region with two children aged 5 and 12. We are asking your organization for help, if you can help, we will be very grateful. We recently moved to Uzhhorod from the city of Druzhkivka in the Donetsk region. Now we rent an apartment for 9000+ utilities. The payment of social security helps us to cover this, and we already pay the part that goes for communal services from our own earnings. Thank God we work, although the salary is small, but it is there. But unfortunately, we now have a catastrophic lack of it. Because the cold period of the year begins and it precedes big expenses, which we have nowhere to take today. We need to buy seasonal clothes and shoes for the children, and in the apartment we rent, there is no heating except for two oil heaters, and this will significantly hit the wallet. Because electricity has become more expensive this year, and it will cost us +- 5,000 UAH to heat the apartment in winter, and this is only for electricity (we calculated roughly, based on the fact that we already pay UAH 1,000 for electricity). The heaters will need to be changed, because the oil will not heat the room, we are thinking about convectors, and this is an unaffordable amount for us. We have an apartment left in Druzhkivka, unfortunately, the debts for it are also growing. And when you try to add it all up and calculate it, your hair stands on end because we don't earn that much. Therefore, they are forced to turn to your fund for financial assistance during the winter period. There are still issues such as dentistry for adults, because we are dragging it to the last, but we can't wait anymore. Thank you in advance for considering our issue.
