My two daughters and I came to the city of Kryvyi Rih in 2022 from the town of Toretsk in the Bakhmut district. This year my older daughter finished 9th grade and will be applying to the Kryvyi Rih Medical Professional College; my younger daughter is in 7th grade. I work as a secretary at a lyceum. We rent our home. Last month the apartment owner raised the rent by 1500 UAH (4000 UAH rent) plus utilities. I am divorced from the children's father; he doesn't help, doesn't pay child support, and takes no interest at all in the children's lives.
