I am the guardian of Kirichenko Oleksandr Oleksandrovych, born 06.01.1985; he has had a disability since childhood and needs constant care and support in everyday life. My ward cannot perform most everyday tasks on his own, so every day I provide care, accompany him and help him with everything necessary. Proper care requires additional financial expenses: providing my ward with clothing, everyday items, special living conditions and care supplies, as well as covering costs related to transport, household needs and upkeep. All these responsibilities rest entirely on me, and without additional support it is difficult to provide the necessary level of care. That is why I am asking for financial help, so that I can fully provide for the person who is under my guardianship and depends entirely on my support.
