Since the start of the war, my husband lost his job, and we lived only on social benefits, which were catastrophically insufficient. Over time, my husband and I found jobs, but then disaster struck: our house burned down (an electrical short circuit). Our fellow villagers helped us with clothes, shoes, and food, and some with money. Friends helped us with a house, free of charge, but only temporarily. We don't have nearly enough money, not even for the bare necessities.
